St Brigid's Music Ministry program seeks to enhance the community's
expression of faith whenever the parish family gathers. Music
at worship fosters our community's efforts to participate
more fully in the liturgical celebrations of the Church. To
carry out this purpose, many committed and faith-filled music-makers
are needed. Singers and instrumentalists who enjoy praising
God through music are welcomed and offered a variety of opportunities
to develop their musical skills as they provide prayerful
leadership to the song of our faith community. For additional

St. Brigid's Choir sings from a vast range of repertoire consisting of chant to more contemporary styles. The choir sings at the 11:00am Mass each Sunday. Rehearsals are held Thursday evenings @7:30pm in the music room in the lower level of the Church.
St. Brigid's Youth Choir (grades 3-8) sings both traditional and contemporary music. The youth choir sings at the 9:00am Mass each Sunday. Rehearsals are held Tuesday afternoon from 4:45pm-5:30pm in the music room in the lower level of the Church.
Cantors welcome
the congregation to Mass, announce the music, rehearse new
music with the congregation, proclaim the psalm, and lead
the songs during the liturgy while encouraging the congregation
to participate.
